Throughout my 20-year career, I’ve seen this people-centered approach create great teams.
My story
In the first days of my career as a young consultant, I was introduced to different ways of working with people and organizations. One topic stood out: how to build high-performing teams. It was the spark that ignited a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
Over the following years, I worked across different industries, organizations, and roles. Taking part in many different projects gave me the opportunity to see firsthand what makes people perform and thrive—and what does not. I experienced both great teams and less successful ones, and each taught me something valuable.
After moving from consulting to the client side, I continued pursuing my passion for building high-performing teams while leading large projects, managing teams, and developing people.
Along the way, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding by combining research on high-performing teams and leadership with lessons from my own experience.
