In the first days of my career as a young consultant, I was introduced to different ways of working with people and organizations. One topic stood out: how to build high-performing teams. It was the spark that ignited a passion that has stayed with me ever since.

Over the following years, I worked across different industries, organizations, and roles. Taking part in many different projects gave me the opportunity to see firsthand what makes people perform and thrive—and what does not. I experienced both great teams and less successful ones, and each taught me something valuable.

After moving from consulting to the client side, I continued pursuing my passion for building high-performing teams while leading large projects, managing teams, and developing people. Along the way, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding through research on team performance and leadership, insights from science, and my own experiences.
